MIZROCK，她的前称是MIZ。Miz (渡辺みづき，1981年3月6日) 是出身于日本北海道的一位流行歌手，目前在日本和瑞典两地从事歌唱事业。 　　在相当年轻的时候，Miz 就已经表现出在音乐领域的高度兴趣和天份。她总是想要成为在收音机中常听到的歌手，但是生活在北海道如此乡下的地方，并没有给她太多机会。Miz 在中学时期最大的兴趣之一是到当地的美容沙龙，当她成为店里的常客时，也同时和美容院经理成为了好朋友。 　　当时有一个偶像征选会正在举办，而且宣传海报被张贴在全日本的美容沙龙店中。Miz 不断看着海报，而美容院经理了解了她的心意并鼓励 Miz 去参赛。在击败数以百计的竞争者后，Miz 得到了胜利。 　　Miz 立刻将所有生活中的计划抛在脑后，决定追随她的音乐梦想。在高中毕业之后，她搬到东京，而且之后很快地和 Universal Victor 签约，以 Mizuki Watanabe 为名发行了出道单曲 I WILL，在那之后，又发行的另一张单曲 Ambition，但之后就没有在发行任何作品。两张单曲都在绝大多数的日本唱片行中上市。 　　在发行 Ambition 之后，她的短暂事业结束。然而她他并没有放弃，并持续在一间录音室中学习歌唱的相关课程，最后帮忙录制了 DEMO 带，很快地，她被介绍给一位叫做 Tord Backstrom 的制作人。 　　Tord Backstrom 正在寻找演唱由瑞典作曲家所做的歌曲，然后，他找到了 Miz。他立刻知道 Miz 具有明星的天份。在 2003 年，Miz 前往瑞典和他的创意团队会面。第一次见到 Miz 时，他们非常讶异，甚至不能确定 Miz 是不是日本人，因为她的英语说的比一般日本人还要来的好，而且她喜欢和人拥抱！（通常日本女性喜欢保持自己的空间。） 　　一开始，他们计划在瑞典发行一些音乐作品，Miz 在瑞典的出道单曲 Waiting 很快的进入了排行榜并且在第 8 名的成绩，很快地，专辑 Story Untold 在2004年9月22日也发行了，其中包含了10首全英文歌曲。 　　同时，他也发行了一些其他的音乐作品，她的日文重新出道单曲 New Day 在同年发行，当时有名的日本流行音乐歌手总是喜欢使用高音、鼻音等技巧，这对 Miz 来说并不适用，她以一个全新的面孔在日本现身，人们喜欢她丰富且强而有力的声音。New Day 在日本公信榜拿到了第20名。 　　从那之后，Miz 持续地发行她的音乐作品直到今天。她写了大部分的日文歌词，并且英文渐渐变的流利。或许不久之后大家就会听到她创作的英文歌曲。 　　在2006年2月发行了她的第二张专辑 Mizrock，Miz 销声匿迹了一阵子，在 2007 年 3 月，她的官方网站发布了新作品发行的消息，其他网站像是Tower Records和ORICON都确认了这个消息，同年6月4日 Miz 也从 Victor Interactive 转移到新东家 Nayutawave Records，并且在2007年7月25日以 Mizrock 为名发行新迷你专辑 Good bye, yesterday。
